Rabbi Raphael Lapin Moves To Pico-Robertson

Raphael's brothers Daniel and David were prominent rabbis in Los Angeles who moved out of town.

Rabbi Raphael Lapin (Facebook) was a rav for many years at a shul in San Jose. I believe he works in mediation.
