Lag B'Omer Bonfire Party
Come out and celebrate with us at our annual Lag B'Omer bonfire with games, food, music and friends. Last year we had over 400 people in attendance. Yoga with Marcus J. Freed
JConnectLA presents two workshops with the witty, worldly and wise BibliYogi, educator and performer Marcus J Freed of London. The workshops are one hour Vinyasa flow sessions for all levels of yoga from beginner to advanced. However, it is not for total novices. WHEN: Monday, May 17, 8pm - Yoga for Summer Loving, Part 1 – The Energy Sequence (A heart-centred session to build energy and open the heart) Monday, May 24, 8pm – Yoga for Summer Loving, Part 2 – The Endurance Sequence (A Bibliyoga series that gives tools to endure for the long-term, increasing personal power and effectiveness). Rabbi Besser Video & Book
Rabbi Yonah's rabbi and mentor, Rabbi Haskel Besser, passed away a month ago at the age of 87 and was buried in Jerusalem. If you are looking for an inspiring story and book check out "Rabbi of 84'th St" and see more about him in this video. |
