| Dear Mr. Luke, Since 1993, the Etta Israel Center has changed the landscape of the Los Angeles special needs community- transforming the lives of thousands of families. Our group homes, self contained classes, camp, and inclusion programs have permanently changed the mindset towards people with special needs. For Jewish families with special needs issues, the Etta Israel Center forms a unique community of hope and warmth, support and expertise.
