Rabbi To Admit To Fraud In Spinka Case
LOS ANGELES, June 28 (UPI) — An Israeli banker has pleaded guilty to a tax fraud conspiracy charge in Los Angeles and a New York rabbi is to follow suit, federal prosecutors said.
